Body Scan





  1. Find a comfortable and quiet place to sit or lie down.

  2. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to relax.

  3. Start by focusing on your breath.

  4. Inhale slowly and deeply through your nose, feeling your lungs fill with air. Exhale slowly and completely through your mouth, releasing any tension with each breath out.

  5. As you continue to breathe deeply, bring your awareness to the specific body part mentioned. On your inhale, consciously send your breath and awareness to that particular body part, imagining that you are directing healing energy or relaxation to it.

  6. As you exhale, consciously release any tension or tightness you feel in that body part. Let go of any stress or discomfort.

  7. Repeat this process for each body part that needs attention, moving systematically through your body from head to toe or vice versa. In the video we will start at the feet and go up to the head.

  8. Take your time with each breath, allowing yourself to fully relax each body part before moving on to the next.

  9. Once you've gone through all the body parts, take a few moments to simply breathe and enjoy the feeling of relaxation throughout your entire body.

  10. When you're ready, gently open your eyes and return to your day, feeling more relaxed and centered.
